An Agreement made this Seventh day of September One thousand eight hundred and Eighty three Between Edward de Montjoie Rudolf of No Charring Cross in the County of Middlesex the Honorary Secretary of the "Church of England Central Home for Waifs and Strays" of the one part and M. of Cower St. Grays Inn Road. we the Aunt of E. of the other part

Whereby it is Agreed as follows
(1) The said M. shall place the said E. with the Executive Committee of the said Home to be taken care of maintained and educated for the term of Three years from the date hereof or for a less time if the Executive Committee for the time being of the said Home think fit

(2) The said Edward de Montjoie Rudolf as aforesaid shall take care of maintain and educate the said E. during the time of his actual residence at the Home

(3) The said M. shall receive back the said E. into her care in case the said E. shall be expelled or dismissed for misconduct from the said Home or if the Executive Committee of the said Home for the time being shall for any cause require the said E. to be removed from the said Home.
