View the Case Summary.

what should be done to meet the -- the F parents as they are aggrieved? I told Miss Fell that she wd. get definite authority from you, but I [?] that your letter home was not forwarded to her from Beccles. Perhaps you may have otherwise communicated any how I am telling her she wd. be safe to give up the child after what you told me.
I do hope the mother may make the poor boy a happy home.
