3. Letter from M's brother to M. 26 January 1891

View the Case Summary.

prayers regular pray for all of us our poor Mother especially & ask our Blessed Saviour to guide you & keep you in the right way. I hope you are not saying too much about our private affairs at home if you do I shall be sure to hear of it you know & If I do hear that you have been talking too much bout Mother or myself or anything else I shall be very angry with you. Now try and bear in mind what I have written to you in this letter dont think because it is rather stern that I love you any the less it is because I want you to be up & doing for yourself now that you are getting a big girl & not expect to be nursed about like a little baby. I think I must conclude now, so hoping to hear from you soon

Believe me to be Dear M.
Your affectionate Brother R.
