was going to cut her hair off and she led M. away. When M. came here first she was a most unhappy child. she said she wanted to live with her Father. we told her she could not as he was out all day &c, she had grown quite happy and contented, and was quite a different looking girl until M. came. we think she thought if she returned to her Father
