Dear Mr. Rudolf,

The manager of the Botolph Press was sorry he could not find me a berth. Immediately after two openings presented themselves. I started work on Saturday at Messrs. Shaw & Sons, Fetter Lane (8 till 6 p.m.). My predecessors have failed owing to the traps & pitfalls connected with the complicated work! The wages are good - 46£ for 50 hours.
