We propose to send to Felinforl Vicarage, Llanelly to take the place of S who went there from Balscote in August 1889. It seems a good place in which S. has done well for 3 years.

S. is in London spending I hope only a week with his mother & Mr. R. of Felinforl wishes him to return to a place near Llanelly which he has got waiting for him.
