In reply to your enquiry as to the above named (who is registered in our books), I have to inform you that this patient has improved since admission, and is not now depressed - takes her food and sleeps well - She is, however, weakminded, silly, and childish in behaviour, and very idle. I hope she will make further improvement, but she is congenitally deficient, and never likely to make a good and satisfactory recovery
