weak intellect, has practically no control over herself at all & is at times very violent. She giver the nurses far more trouble than any other patient in the same ward. The Dr. says she might get more control over herself as she gets older, but that is the only chance. At present she can't bear being spoken to but flys into a violent passion & it is no doubt only to [?], but what happened did happen. I am sorry I cannot give you a better account of her.
