West Sussex County Asylum,
Chichester
24th January 1911

The Rev. E. de M. Rudolf
Old Town Hall,
Kennington S.E.

Dear Sir :-
re F

In answer to your letter I regret to say the above named is not so well and will now have to be transferred with the other Patients to Fisherton House, Salisbury, at the beginning of next month.

She has made very great improvement both mentally and physically - is in good health, and has actually doubled her weight. I am afraid, even if she gets quickly over this relapse she will always be unstable and liable to have recurrent attacks.

I have written to Miss Scott to let her know the above facts.

Yours faithfully
Signature
Medical Superintendent
