Dear Sir,

In reply to your letter, handed to me this day by F an inmate of this institution, I have to report that the latter is in good health bodily. She appears cheerful and happy, occupies herself in the ward, goes out in the garden, sleeps and takes her food well. I often speak to her, & she does not complain to me
