17th Feb. -/99

Dear Madam,
re "G"

In reply to your letter, I beg to say, that when a boy has turned eleven years old, it is considered desirable that he should be transferred from a Cottage Home to one of the Society's ordinary Homes, where he will receive some kind of training and so enabled to eventually earn his own livelihood.

Yours faithfully
Mrs. S
