Case 3695

1. Application to Waifs and Strays' Society 29 May 1893

View the Case Summary.

This little girl has been recommended to the case of the Peterborough Ladies' Ass. for the help of Friendship Girls by the school attendance Com. of the Town Council. She was considered by them to be in danger at home and we have been urged to get her away as soon as possible. As she is too young for service, we decided to try and get her admitted into the Arnold Grove Home, where we have at the present time five other girls from Peterborough.

Mrs. C.
