8t. Oct. 1900.

Thank you for kindly sending me L. address. A. I hear has proved so unsatisfactory that Miss Thorne writes this morning to say that she is quite unable to keep her. We shall, therefore, have to arrange for her to be again received into one of the Society's Training Homes. She appears to be somewhat troublesome, being both untruthful and dishonest.

With kind regards,
Believe me,
Yours very truly,
E de M R

Overwritten in pencil: Mrs. Fenton.
