Dear Miss Parkinson,

re E.
Now that the above girl is nearly 15 years of age, I shall be glad if you will be so good as to let me know if the foster-parents have any plans in view for her future. If not, I shall be pleased to arrange for her to be transferred to one of the Society's Training Home in order that she may be fitted for domestic service. The Society cannot well continue to contribute towards her support for a much longer period, having regard to the present heavy deficit now existing on the General fund of over £5,000.
