W. is 9 years of age. He is one of a family of four. His mother is a widow in straightened circumstances. He has one sister aged 6 in the Belbroughton Home for Waifs & Strays. He has been attending the National Schools in the Parish, & Sunday Schools. He is a healthy boy. His conduct at school has been fair. If his mother could get him placed out, she might get the other children taken care of, & go out to service.

I may mention that the Girl's Friendless Soc. at All Saints' Ch. in this Parish send about £20* to the Belbroughton Home yearly the process of sale of work.
