Case 4199

1. Application to Waifs and Strays' Society 30 January 1894

View the Case Summary.

[?] description of girl [?] history [?]

This little girl (E.) is brought up in a wretched home, without a father to protect her, and I may say, without a mother to guide her properly, for her mother is almost helpless, and totally blind.

[Moncourt], the street where in she is brought up is decidedly a bad one.

I must not dwell on the poverty of the family, as the answers to the questions sufficiently demonstrate this point.

Signed:
E.
Rector of Newborough,
Anglesey
