Dear Madam,

I am sorry to say that it will not be possible for us to keep R. I had no idea when I accepted her that she was so wanting in intelligence and also know so little about work. We have to be very careful as nearly all our income comes from the girls earnings [she] certainly seems most incapable of doing anything towards earning as
