I send you case paper which came before, and was discussed at our Case Committee meeting today.

Mrs. Janet Potter one of our local Committee sends the case, and in her letter she says: "The child is much neglected and living in very bad moral surroundings, his mother being anything but what she ought to be. No payment can be promised, but the case is a deserving one, as far as the child in concerned."
