Nov. 9th 1893

Dear Mr. Rudolf

I enclose the balance sheet for October. It has been rather a heavy owing to the seat & sales. also the fire buckets & some [?] are extra expenses. I thought it best to put the £10 you sent me yesterday to the October account in order to make the balance right- & when you send me the extra money you kindly promised, it will go into the November account.

Our Committee met this morning. I laid your letter before them re E. & P. I [beg] earnestly hope that [we] may be allowed to keep P. at any rate for a longer period. We shall be anxious to hear
