View the Case Summary.

girl, would play & take care of him, when not learning her own lessons. Without partiality I may say, that my daughter is a highly educated, good churchwoman, an agreement would be drawn up & signed by the guardian of the child, on the one hand, & by me acting for Ms. Holland. In it the child would be left with Ms. H. till she was 18 or 19 years old, & then to remain on (if she doesn't marry) according to any agreement that may be made between mistress & maid.
