To save delay I have to-day written to Mr. Smith asking him to see that this boy is sent to London on Monday next in order that he may return to his mother, who is now anxious to have her son home. I have made full enquiries respecting the boy's home through the lady who originally recommended the case and she approves of the arrangement.
