a suggestion from you in the care of E who is at St. Marks Home. The conduct is very unsatisfactory and the Committee have thoughts of removing her to another Home for a further course of training before entering domestic service. Would you approve of her removal to the Training School at Aston Braumpton Oxford or is there some other and better Home that you would recommend? Have you any rules for the guidance of local Committees in addition to the ones already received [furnishments] and the dates of matron?
