Mrs. C with whom E has been boarded since Feb. 98 (a very good home for a girl) wishes her to be removed. The girl is 14 - clever & bright, but very excitable & with a violent temper. You may remember we placed her with Mrs. C, after she had been six months at Rose Cottage hoping that she would overcome her temper. When boarded out with Mrs. C - away from so many children.
