Dear Miss Snowden
re [?]
In reply to your letter respecting this girl, I think before making enquiries as to transferring her to some other Home, it would be as well for someone to see her aunt who is living at Notting Hill. I will therefore, send one of the staff to visit the Aunt, and if the report is satisfactory, I see no reason that the girl should not be sent to her, especially as Mrs. O (the Aunt) is prepared to make a home for her. I will write to you again after making enquiries.

re [?]
I am pleased to hear that you can receive this girl, and will write to you again letting you know when to expect her. If possible, I will arrange for her to bring the little one of three.
Yours sincerely
sgd. E de M R
