Case 6424

22. Letter from Miss Snowden about A's dismissal from her situation and her character 13 August 1903

View the Case Summary.

A's mother & sisters are, I believe, quite of the lowest type, & her own tendencies are all strongly marked in that direction. This Mistress has been most kind & patient. Would it be possible to find out about the Aunt, who should, I think, be warned of the girl's character, if she undertakes the charge of her. She seems to have very little moral sense, & it is difficult to see how she can be prevented.
