Weybridge,
20th August 1901

Rev. Sir,

On behalf of the Guardians of Chertsey Union I make application for admission of a boy into your Hedgerley Farm Home. I believe you have vacancies there. The boy J aged 12 years, an orphan, is boarded out at Weybridge with foster parents & the Guardians are anxious to get him into a training Home I might say that the boy has been medically examined, revaccinated & has been waiting for a vacancy in the Hedgerley Farm School near here. This home is not certified
