In reply to your letter of yesterday's date, I regret to say, that we do not appear to have the agreement referred to as having been drawn up for Mr. & Mrs. Cunliffe's signature when K. went to India with them. I am sorry for the young woman's sake, but we have made a thorough search for the document without success. I return you K's letter herewith.
