I am sorry to be obliged to trouble you, but the Committee of the Gordon Boys' Home have drawn my attention to the School-master's remarks on the above boy's character, and are anxious to be informed whether the lad is in any way feeble minded, as if so, he would not be a suitable inmate for this institution. I [?] the character referred to, and shall be obliged if you will be sure and return it letting me have the information asked for.
