Dear Madam
re H
I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of yesterday's date respecting the above boy, who I have to-day heard is returning to his mother. In these circumstances, may I venture to ask you to be so good as to continue you generous help, to be applied to the support of some other child under the Society's care? I take the liberty of enclosing particulars of the cases of one or two children for whom help is required, and shall indeed be grateful if you can see your way to comply with my request, more especially in view of the Society's critical financial condition, and the many pressing applications received. With many thanks for all your past kind help and interest and trusting to receive a favourable reply.
Believe me,
Yours very truly,
E. de M. Rudolf
G.H.D.

Miss M.V. Hopgood
