London, N. Mar. 15th 1911.

Revd E de M Rudolf
D Sir
re A.

I beg to thank you for your letter and enclosures from Miss Peter, and Devizes' Guardians. The Guardians' letter I will place before this Committee at their next meeting. I have already written you regarding the matter of a cork leg for A., I certainly would not do anything to check Miss Peter's help in this but seeing the lad had a new Bucket Leg only as recently as 22nd Ap. 1910 it seems to me rather too so to again approach the Devizes Guardians for assistance. Would it not be better to wait a short time & see how the lad shapes in this his first venture into the world before supplying the cork leg.

Yours faithfully
J.G. Stevens
