12th. March, 1903.

Rev. and Dear Sir,
re A.

I beg to inform you that I submitted your application on behalf of the above boy to the Cripple Committee yesterday [when] it was decided to accept him for the first vacancy that occurs at the Society's [?]. I hope to communicate with you again [?] the exact date he can be received, but it is only right that I should [?] that it is seldom there is a vacancy in the Home in question, as unfortunately we cannot pass on our cripples as fast as those children who are sound in health. However, you may rest assured that there will be no unnecessary delay. It is needless to say that I am very pleased indeed that the Committee has been able to see its way to accept the case, and payment promised, i.e. 5/- a week should be remitted to me either monthly or quarterly and in advance.

Yours very truly,
[?]
