Dear Sir

Attached you will find all the particulars you ask for duly filled in for the boy T., as I send in my last letter the family are in a very sore plight, the father having committed suicide being depressed after a long illness. The eldest boy we are trying to get away on to a Naval Training Ship but are having considerable difficultly as he is under age. The mother is only too willing to work but trade is very quiet in the town and consequently work is very scarce, the eldest girl too only gets 6/- per week and the second can find to work to go it.

When the man was alive they used to support regularly their old parents which is a good trait in their character.

Again I would assure you if you could see your way to help you would be doing a great charity.

Yours very truly
(Rev) J.
Rev. E. de M. Rudolf
