Rudolf Memorial Home, Farnham

Farnham, Surrey

(1943 - 1945)

There is very little information available about this Home probably due to the Home's short existence and the Second World War.

In September 1943 the residents of Rudolf Memorial Home, Banstead (a mixed Home which accommodated both boys and girls) were moved to the Rudolf Memorial Home, Farnham. This Home may also have been known as Tilford Convalescent House.

It appears that the Home closed in 1945 when the boys were moved to Sunnyside Home for Boys, Frome and the girls were split up and moved temporarily to Homes in Cheam, Leighton Buzzard and Kibworth.
