These boys look like characters from Francis Hodgson Burnett's classic children's story 'Little Lord Fauntleroy', wearing their Sunday best. How different our 'best clothes' are today from those at the beginning of the 20th century. Standing between the boys is a rocking horse - a very popular toy for Middle and Upper Class children at the turn of the century. Most children today will not even have seen a rocking horse - except in a museum.
