Since writing I have seen Mrs. & find M. has just developed a small absciss in her neck. She has one once before two years ago. I sent her to the doctor, to tell him all the circumstances, & to ask for a certificate to send you: he has sent back word by her mother that no certificate is needed as a poultice will soon set it right. Should you consider that any delay in sending her is necessary could you kindly communicate
