plead for the immediate [returned] of the older girl. [?] the police made the raid upon the house as Sanitary grounds this girl has been keeping be comers under shed & anywhere. She is a very [?] true girl, & up to about 6 weeks ago (where her relation who pitied & house her died) a tidy gaunt child, now she is learning evil apace and a delay will be absolutely fatal to her. We do provide £/6 a week until she can be put on the free list & I do hope something can be done at once. She has nothing to eat except scraps from
